Meet the companies behind TFK3/16/2020
The two companies have a long history of working seamlessly together, having been successfully providing products to military services for over a decade.
KOVA is a woman-owned small business with the mission “to provide world-class services, when and where you need them, at a price that is cost-effective for our clients.” They are experts at training and curriculum development and offer extensive services in support of these two pillars. As KOVA employs a significant number of Surface Navy veterans, it is uniquely suited to identify training and curriculum needs and develop programs to fill them. In addition to training and curriculum development expertise, KOVA offers Mobile Training Team, AR/ML/AI, and warehousing and logistics services. With a focus on meeting the “ever-expanding training and professional and technical service needs,” KOVA is an invaluable contributor. CHA brings savvy business experience and systems typically found in larger enterprises to the joint venture. Well known in military contracting circles for its proprietary, award-winning Lighthouse technology stack, CHA offers a wide variety of services aimed primarily at the defense industry. From Training to Data Science and Analysis, to Requirements Analysis and Research, CHA is leading the way in advanced learning environments. CHA’s Lighthouse powers the Navy’s new Carrier-Advanced Reconfigurable Training System (C-ARTS), currently in use by the U.S. Navy as part of its Sailor 2025 ready, relevant training initiative bringing cutting-edge training to Sailors at the point of need. CHA also lends its experience as a prime contracting source to its efforts with TFK. TFK is comprised of the collective capabilities, resources, and experiences that KOVA and CHA bring to the table. With strengths in customer-specific experience and customer-specific business processes, TFK is poised to become the go-to contractor for training analysis and curriculum modernization products.
