Job Description
- Develop training products using a systematic approach, adult learning theories, learning technologies, and industry best practices for instructional designed
- Develop training curricula materials
- Develop training assessments
- Selection of appropriate learning media to meet learning needs
- Design and develop Interactive Multimedia Instructional (IMI) products
- Maintain accurate training product records and files
- Other duties as assigned
Employment Status
- Full-time (40 hours per week). Hourly. Non-Exempt.
- Bachelor’s degree with five years’ experience
- Ability to work independently
- “Secret” level security clearance eligible
- Excellent computer skills to include proficiency t in the Authoring Instructional Material (AIM) products to include AIM II, AIM content Planning Module (CPM) and AIM Learning Objective (LO) module software and Microsoft Office software
- Ability to read, interpret, organize, and synthesize source material into well-written, concise learning products
- Ability to apply Integrated Learning Environment (ILE) principles and guidelines for the design and development of training products
- Ability to perform analysis of data, Job Duty Task Analysis and Front End Analysis for courseware development
- Ability to develop learning strategies, assessment and author training products to close training gaps
- Ability to effectively and tactfully communicate directly with clients
- Ability to learn and establish a working knowledge of military terminology
